I would like to take this opportunity to thank several groups and individuals for making our 7th annual Youth fishing event at Virgin Run another success.
First and foremost the Youth fishing committee- without their help this event would not have happened- these people did another great job- thanks for the help. This list includes:
Amanda Lynch, Len Lynch, Karen Bowser, Rich Bowser, Bill Cassel, Jim Bruich, Helen Bittorff, Bill Monaghan and Family, Dave Thomas, Jim Lang and Christine Prestia
All of these people were present for the opening day and gave up their day of fishing to help out.
I would also like to thank the following people and organizations for their donations-Karen Bowswer, Joe Pato, Fred Clausner, The Pistol League, The Boro of Perryopolis and last but not least the NWTF for the prizes they bought for us. Thanks goes to Tony Bertrum, Fred Tylka, and Brian Thompson from the Turkey Federation for their generous donation.
I would also like to thank everyone who helped out selling our tickets for us- these people include- Karen Bowser, Christine Prestia, Amanda Lynch, Len Lynch, Bill Hannan, Glenn Lerda, Brad Peroney, Tom Glawinski, Bill Cassel, The Monaghan Family. And thanks to all of you members for buying these tickets. The proceeds went for our first stocking of 265 fish the day before opening day.
